REASONS AND PURPOSES OF THE PROJECT AGENTES DE CAMBIO, INC.
THE MAIN REASON FOR THIS PROJECT IS PURELY HUMANITARIAN. We were moved by the fact that so many people of all backgrounds and levels, who even after undergoing a rigorous program of personal rehabilitation to rid them of the clutches of the effects of the indiscriminate use of illicit drugs come out of this program exposed to a void or nothingness, in spiritual crisis and without a clearly defined way of gradually going back to the work force and family settings. It is indeed this lack of definition that we want to solve.
Our main purpose, among others, is to open a door through which these people can find a clear, solid and well defined program of how to obtain those goals of reintegration that they desire, for which we have drawn up the following objectives:
* To offer aid by means of training for a specific trade (i.e., carpentry, computers, electrical, etc.
* Creation of training schools to deal with all aspects of parenthood. This is an essential step in the reintegration process.
* Therapeutic support by means of programs of individual and collective psychotherapy, with the aim of eliminating the problem of relapses due to new crises.
* Spiritual conscience and fortification through workshops specifically designed for such purpose.
* In the long term, to allow these same people to reproduce the management model and in time themselves become Agents for Change.
For all of the above, the program is intensively dedicated to the support process, education, containment and preparing of these Agents of Change, who will find all the tools needed to become people ready and able to offer daily a positive and productive contribution to themselves, their families and the society at large.
We acknowledge that rehabilitation is a revolving door but with your collaboration, our efforts, and the help of God, we can make it a one way door for success.

RAZONES Y PROPOSITO DEL PROYECTO AGENTES DE CAMBIO.
La principal razón de este proyecto es de carácter humanitario. Nos ha movido el hecho de ver tantas personas de toda índole y estrato, quienes después de haberse sometido a un riguroso programa de rehabilitación personal por el uso indiscriminado de sustancias ilícitas, persisten desubicados, expuestos al vacío o la nada, en crisis espiritual, sin un camino claramente definido de cómo lograr una reinserción familiar y laboral de forma paulatina. Es precisamente esta falta de definición la que estamos queriendo resolver.
Nuestro propósito principal, entre otros, es abrir una puerta a través de la cual estas personas puedan encontrar un programa claro, sólido y bien definido de cómo lograr esas metas de reinserción que tanto anhelan, para lo cual nos hemos trazado los siguientes objetivos:
Ofrecer ayuda mediante el aprendizaje de servicios específicos como: computación, carpintería, electricidad, etc.
Creación de escuelas formadoras de padres de familia, lo cual es un paso esencial en el proceso de reinserción.
Apoyo terapéutico mediante programas de psicoterapia individual y colectiva, con miras a eliminar el problema de las recaídas ante las nuevas crisis.
Conciencia y fortalecimiento espiritual a través de talleres específicamente diseñados para tal fin.
A largo plazo, lograr que estas mismas personas reproduzcan el modelo de gestión y se conviertan a su vez en Agentes de Cambio.
Para todo lo anterior, el programa está intensivamente dedicado al proceso de apoyo, educación, contención y preparación de estos Agentes de Cambio, quienes contarán con todas las herramientas necesarias para lograr convertirse en personas dispuestas y capaces de brindar un aporte positivo y productivo a ellos mismos, a su familia y a la sociedad donde se desenvuelven cada día.
Entendemos que la rehabilitación es una puerta giratoria que con su colaboración, nuestro trabajo y la ayuda de Dios, podemos convertirla en una puerta en dirección al éxito.
Apelamos a su gran generosidad y buen corazón, para que al ayudarnos por medio de su donación, podamos hacer un ejemplo de superación de cada persona que pase por nuestras puertas.
